Refund Policy

At Barrak Ali Marketing ("we", "our", "us"), client satisfaction is fundamental to our practice. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are issued for our photography and videography services. By booking a service, you agree to the terms set forth herein.

1. Cancellation Window & Refund Schedule

Refunds are issued in accordance with the following schedule, calculated from the scheduled session start time:

2. Documented Emergencies

We reserve the right to grant a full or partial refund — or to reschedule the session at no cost — in the event of a documented emergency, including but not limited to:

Such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation submitted within five (5) business days of the affected session.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a confirmed booking once, free of charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the session. A second reschedule may be granted at our discretion subject to a 25 KWD administrative fee. Beyond the second reschedule, the booking is treated as cancelled under Section 1.

4. Studio or Photographer Cancellation

If we are unable to deliver the session due to circumstances within our control (equipment failure, photographer illness, scheduling error), the client is entitled to either:

5. Dissatisfaction with Deliverables

Photography and videography are inherently subjective creative services. Refund requests on the basis of stylistic dissatisfaction are not generally entertained. However, in the event the deliverables materially deviate from the agreed brief, we will:

  1. First offer up to two rounds of complimentary revisions (per package terms).
  2. If revisions remain unacceptable to the client and the deviation from brief is documented, refund up to 50% of the service fee at our reasonable discretion.

6. Add-ons & Third-Party Costs

Refunds do not cover non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on the client's behalf, including but not limited to:

7. Gift Cards & Promotional Credits

Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable. Bookings made wholly or partially with promotional credit are refunded only to the extent of the cash portion. Unused gift card balances remain valid until the printed expiration date.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method through Tap Payments. Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, subject to the client's bank.

9. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact us in writing at info@barrakali.com or via WhatsApp at +965 5155 5584 with the following:

  1. Booking ID or Tap charge reference
  2. Reason for the refund request
  3. Supporting documentation, if applicable

All requests are acknowledged within 24 hours and adjudicated within 5 business days.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Kuwaiti courts.
